FRAMEWORK
With reinforced concrete according to the plans and static calculations. The design and construction is done by the antiseismic code provisions.
MASONRY
Walls and partitions will be built with perforated high quality bricks with dimensions of 10Χ20Χ30cm. External walls will be 30cm thick and internal walls 10cm.
COATING
On the internal walls there will be two coats of plaster and the third coat of plaster will be from Peletico, externally there will be thermal plastering. The ceilings will be Fair Face and will be puttied.
FLOORS
A) Ceramic tiles of market value 25.00 (twenty five) EURO per square meter will be placed in the living room, dining room and kitchen.
B) Ceramic tiles of market value 25.00 (twenty five) EURO per square meter will be placed in the bathrooms.
C) Laminated parquet of market value 20.00 (twenty) EURO per square meter will be placed in the bedrooms.
D) Ceramic tiles of market value 17.00 (seventeen) EURO per square meter will be placed on the verandas and all communal areas of the building.
E) The floor in the parking and storage areas will be ceramic tiles of market value 17.00 (seventeen) EURO per square meter

LININGS
A) Bathroom walls will be lined with ceramic tiles of market value 25.00 (twenty five) EURO. Decorative tiles will be charged extra.
B) In between the kitchen counters ceramic tiles of market value 15.00 (fifteen) EURO will be placed.
C) On the lower part of all the windows marble pedestal will be placed.
BATHROOM FIXTURES
Bathroom fixtures of excellent quality will be placed in the bathroom and WC with market value 1500.00 EURO including paper cases, hangers, mixer and sink.

ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION
The electricity installation will be done according to the regulations of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus. This includes the following:
A) Each apartment will have its own solar heater.
B) An underfloor heating system with water and a boiler will be provided.
C) Provision for seven air-condition locations.
D) Installation of a central TV antenna
E) There will be seven locations for TV and telephone.
PAINTING
The internal walls and ceilings will have three coats of emulsion of Cypriot origin. Externally the building will be painted in three coats of sandex with a brush, of Cypriot origin.
